Requesting Copies of Programs

In order to receive a copy of an ICTN program, please provide the following:

  • A signed copy of the Video Tape Agreement Form | Spanish Form
  • $15 per requested program | Checks only, made out to "ICTN"
  • One blank video tape per copy or one DVD-R per copy
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope to return your copy

Requests must be mailed, along with payment, to 233 S. Rogers Road, Irving, Texas 75060.

Allow 10 to 15 business days from the date of request for copies to be completed. Holiday programming, specials, large or multiple requests, or archived materials can take up to a month or longer.
