TWUA Educational Award - The City of Irving Water Utilities Department received the Texas Water Utilities Association's Educational Award for their partnership with the Irving Independent School District for teaching the TCEQ Basic Water course and preparing students at the Union Bower Learning Center the opportunity to receive a Class D Water Operator's license.
