This is your Police Department and we welcome your comments. We encourage you to let us know about the quality of service you receive from our employees.
Through the use of this form you may commend the actions of employees of this Department. Verbal commendations may also be given to any Department supervisor.
You may also use this form if you believe that the conduct of an employee was inappropriate. This will result in an investigation of your complaint. You may also request to speak to a supervisor at any police station, or directly to Internal Affairs. Internal Affairs may be found at the Criminal Justice Center, 305 N. O'Connor Blvd. They can be reached at 972-721-2471.
