The Irving Municipal Court is located in the Criminal Justice Center at 305 N. O'Connor Rd. between Pioneer Dr. and Rock Island Road. It is located 2 miles south of Airport Freeway (183). The Court Clerk is open for business from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Returned/canceled ("bounced") checks are handled at the Dallas County level by the Justices of the Peace .
