- A meeting of the Responsible Party, the Code Compliance Officer Supervisor and the Code Compliance Officer handling the specific case.
- Code Compliance Conference mediated by the City Attorney or a hearing before the Building and Standards Commission
- All Code Compliance officers have citation authority and the ability to file cases with the City Attorney’s Office.
