The City Secretary's Office initiates/conducts City elections; attends the City Council meetings and workshops and prepares the minutes thereof; is responsible for circulating, recording, storing, and microfilming all the permanent legal documents of the City; supervises the City's records management program and supervises the codification, supplement and distribution of the City Code Book.
