A Blue Bag Buddy is an individual or group that supports recycling and is willing to promote curbside recycling among neighbors, friends, family and co-workers. The City of Irving will host its annual Home Chemical Collection Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Irving Mall, on the northwest corner behind Dillards.
