Ace Cash Express Murder This person sketched is wanted for the Capital Murder of three people in Irving, Texas. Refer to the murders of Ki Chang Cha, his brother Ki Taek Cha on May 27th, 2004 in their home, and the murder of Kendra Lemaster and attempted murder of her mother at the ACE Cash Express 13 days later (June 9th, 2004) The individual in the sketch above has been identified as a short/fat Hispanic Male, his accomplice was described as a taller/thin Hispanic Male. Both should be considered armed and dangerous. Do not attempt to contact or take into custody, call the police immediately!
