Health Insurance City/Employee Immediately Health Plans include a Choice of POS II (the city contributes 90% of the employee premium and 70% of dependent premiums) or HDHP (the city contributes 95% of the employee premium and 75% of dependent premiums) - HDHP participants are eligible for HSA.
