The following additional "incentive pay" will be awarded to those
completing the following from an accredited college or university:
60 semester hours = $ 20.00 per month
75 semester hours = $ 40.00 per month
Associates Degree = $ 50.00 per month
90 semester hours = $ 60.00 per month
Bachelors Degree = $100.00 per month
Masters Degree = $120.00 per month
Other "incentive pay" available unless a person is already receiving one of the above:
Intermediate Certificate = $30.00 per month
Advanced Certificate = $60.00 per month
Master Peace Officer = $90.00 per month
Shift Differential Pay = $100.00 per month
Bilingual Pay = $40.00 to $110.00 per month
