Captain John Rodriguez

Captain Rodriguez commands the Technical Services Division. This division consists of the communications section and the jail section. The jail section processes all prisoner fingerprints, photographs and intoxilizer tests. The communication section handles both emergency 911 calls and non-emergency calls for assistance. Communication personnel take reports by phone, confirm warrants and protective orders, confirm and enter missing persons or runaways, and confirm and enter stolen vehicles or other stolen property.
