Irving International Concert Series

 
Irving’s annual concert series showcases live music performances from a variety of genres, with great musicians from across the state. The 2014 series focuses on international genres of music, including salsa, reggae, polka and more.  Food vendors selling a variety of cuisines will be available on-site.
 
The Irving International Concert Series is free and family-friendly.  All concerts are held outdoors; attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and/or lawn chairs for seating.  Come early to enjoy area shopping and sightseeing.  In the event of severe weather, concerts may be rescheduled.  Call (972) 721-2501 for more information.

Located in the center of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, traveling to Irving is easy no matter where you are coming from!
 
Whistlestop Plaza - 100 N. Main Street
 
Located in Downtown Irving on Main Street between Irving Blvd. and Rock Island Road, Whistlestop Plaza is surrounded by free parking and next to the Downtown Irving/Heritage Crossing Station with bus and rail service. 
 
By Car: From SH-114 or SH-183 exit O'Connor Blvd. and go south, then turn left onto Rock Island Road.  From Loop 12 exit Irving Blvd. and go west, then turn right onto Main Street.
By Train: Save gas and take the TRE commuter rail to the Downtown Irving/Heritage Crossing Station.  Check here for schedules and more information.
By Bus: Multiple DART bus routes stop at the Downtown Irving/Heritage Crossing Station, including route 63, 401, 408, 501, 504, 507, 508, 514, 549, and 840.  Check here for schedules and more information. 
 
Las Colinas Urban Center - 200 E. Las Colinas Blvd.

Located in the Las Colinas area just north of SH-114, the Las Colinas Urban Center sits along Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal and features scenic views and a variety of restaurants.  The midday concert is a great lunchtime activity for the many residents and businesses in and around the Urban Center.  Paid parking is available in area garages; limited free street parking is also available.
 
By Car: From SH-114 exit Riverside Drive and follow the westbound access road. Turn right onto Mandalay Drive, then left onto E. Las Colinas Blvd. 
By Train: Save gas and take the DART commuter rail Orange Line to the Las Colinas Urban Center Station.  Check here for schedules and more information.  Then board the free Las Colinas APT people mover and ride to the Bell Tower Station to access the canal.

Cimarron Park - 100  Cimarron Trail

Located in the Valley Ranch community at the intersection of E. Valley Ranch Pkwy and Cimarron Trail, Cimarron Park offers free parking at the adjacent Cimarron Park Recreation Center.

By Car: From I-635, SH-161 or SH-114 exit MacArthur Road and go north, then turn right onto Cimarron Trail.
