Multi-Use Rental Buildings
The City of Irving Parks and Recreation Department offers four buildings for public use. The Center for the Arts may be reserved by civic groups or non-profit organizations only. All others may be reserved for private functions and/or organizational meetings.
- Picnic Pavilion and Gazebo Reservations
The City of Irving Parks and Recreation Department has the following picnic pavilions and gazebos available for reservation.

Park Recreation Centers:
City recreation centers can only be reserved only during non-operational hours. There will be a building leasing fee and no alcoholic beverages will be allowed for any function. The school-leased recreation centers are not available for rental.
Softball Fields:
Adult softball practice fields are available for reservation. Fields are available to registered Irving teams at no charge. Non-registered teams, companies, or individuals may reserve the fields for a fee of $10 per hour without lights and $15 per hour with lights. Reservations must be made during the same week as the desired practice. To reserve a field, please call (972) 721-2656 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Tennis Courts:
Irving residents can make tennis court reservations by calling (972) 721- 2656 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Monday through Friday. Reservations must be made within the same one-week period and will be limited to a 90-minute period. There is no charge for using the tennis courts. A listing of the available tennis courts can be found by using the facility charts on hand at the Parks and Recreation office, 825 West Irving Boulevard.
