The Irving Municipal Court is located in the Criminal Justice Center at 305 N. O'Connor Road between Pioneer Drive and Rock Island Road. It is located two miles south of Airport Freeway (183). The Court Clerk is open for business from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Returned/canceled ("bounced") checks are handled at the Dallas County level by the Justices of the Peace .
