Financial and housing counseling assistance is provided to homebuyers that are looking to purchase a house for the first time. Financial assistance is provided in the form of a 0 percent interest, deferred forgivable loan. These funds help pay for down payment and closing cost of the purchase of a home in Irving.

This brand new block of homes comprises 14 single-family attached and 13 single-family detached energy-efficient homes. Pricing for the new homes begins at $115,000 and assistance is available to qualified homebuyers.
