Irving Fire Department Plan Review Requirements - Contact Building Inspection or General Contractor for the building and obtain the Building Permit number and put it on your plans, if applicable.
- 3 sets of prints3 SETS OF PRINTS
- Name and Address of project
- Name and Phone Number of Applicant
- Transmittal explaining project
- Copies of Appropriate Licenses
- Cut-Sheets on Material/Products
- On new construction projects, an 8½ X 11" Fire Lane site plan must be submitted prior to receiving permit.
- Plans will not be reviewed or approved if the company has outstanding permits over one year old that have not been inspected and approved by the Irving Fire Department.
