How Do I Contact Irving?

For emergency dangers, such as fires or blocked roads, please call 911. 

The Citizen Inquiry online form allows residents and visitors to submit questions and comments to the City of Irving about city services. You may send your comments directly to the Community Outreach Manager. If you would like a reply, please be sure to give the Community Outreach Manager a way to respond back by filling in your name, phone, address or e-mail.

On the form, select the item you wish to report and answer as many of the questions as possible. After the form is received, it will be processed by the Community Outreach Manager, who will contact you based on the information provided below. Please fill out separate reports if you have several comments to make.
