How do I contact Irving? 

The Citizen Inquiry online form allows residents and visitors to submit questions and comments to the City of Irving about city services.  For emergency dangers, such as fires or blocked roads, please call 911. You can e-mail your comments directly to the Community Outreach Manager. If you would like a reply, please be sure to give the Citizen Inquiry Coordinator a way to respond back to you by filling in your Name and Phone, Address, or e-mail.

On the form, select the item you wish to report and answer as many of the questions as possible. After the form is received, it will be processed by the Community Outreach Manager, who will contact you based on the information provided below. Please fill out separate reports if you have several comments to make.
