 
The city is exploring opportunities and identifying strategies to transform Irving Boulevard, from State Highway 183 to Loop 12, into a regional destination stop through the use of corridor enhancements and retail/commercial revitalization. Residents are invited to learn more about the study and provide their thoughts and ideas.

The City of Irving has launched the Irving Boulevard Enhancement Study to identify opportunities to visually enhance and foster new retail and commercial development along the Irving Boulevard corridor from State Highway 183 to Loop 12.
