Preservation and Redevelopment Board Advises the City Council on matters pertaining to citywide historic preservation efforts. Works to promote and implement quality historic preservation projects in Irving. Advises the City Council on all matters relating to redevelopment efforts in old downtown Irving. Works to plan, coordinate and implement efforts to further the economic and physical redevelopment of appropriate areas of the city, beginning with the Irving Heritage District and its surroundings.
