• Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and non-contested, and action will be taken by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of consent agenda items. Any member of the commission, staff or public may have an item on the consent agenda moved to the individual consideration portion of the agenda for discussion and separate action.
• Action on items on the consent agenda shall be in accordance with staff recommendation unless otherwise indicated by the commission. The staff recommendation may be for approval, approval with stipulations, or technical denial for those items, which cannot be approved by the commission for technical reasons. 8. DP # 17, PUD 4, St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church, applicant, is requesting approval of a Development Plan to allow the property to be developed with a church facility. This property is located on approximately 7.48 acres located south of I.H. 635, east of Riverside Drive.

9. Zoning Case #5616, Juan Romo, applicant, requests a zoning change from ML-40 (Light Industrial) uses to S-P-1 (Detailed Site Plan) for ML-40 (Light Industrial) uses to allow a side yard variance for a commercial building. This property is located at 1428 – 1508 Hard Rock Road.

10. Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zoning Case #5678, Ash Abraham, applicant, requests an amendment to the land use recommendation of the Comprehensive Plan to change the recommended land use from Parks and Open Space to Single Family Detached Low Density Residential uses and a zoning change from AG (Agricultural) district uses to R-6 (Single Family) uses to allow the development of three single family lots. This property is located at the southwest corner of Bolden Road and Nursery Road. This item was postponed from April 2, 2007

11. Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zoning Case #5680, Sharon Barbosa-Crain, applicant, requests an amendment to the land use recommendation of the Comprehensive Plan to change the recommended land use from Institutional/Public or Semi-Public to Single Family Attached, Medium-Density Residential uses and a zoning change from S-P-2 (Generalized Site Plan) for C-O (Commercial Office) and Assisted Living Facility, and M-FW (Freeway) uses to S-P-2 (Generalized Site Plan) for R-TH (Townhouse) uses to allow townhouse development. This property is located on the southwest corner of Pioneer Drive and Hard Rock Road.
