  1. Free Cat Adoptions

    June 1, 2018 - June 30, 2018 @ Irving Animal Care Campus

    June is Adopt-a-Cat Month at the Irving Animal Care Campus, 4140 Valley View Lane. Adoption fees for cats 1 year and older are waived during June, and kittens are available for a $50 adoption fee. Vaccinations, spay/neuter, leukemia test and microchip included with all cat adoptions.

    All adoptions must be processed 30 minutes before closing.

      Paint a Texas panhandle landscape and produce a piece of art inspired by the famed Cadillac Ranch sculpture and other popular Texas roadside attractions. From the Texas dance hall right down to the boots, find inspiration in the Lone Star state of mind.

      For ages 13-16.

      From the New Mexico mountains and mesas through the West Texas plains of the Llano Estacado, this camp embodies the spirit of the Southwest. Campers will create art which draws on the origins, traditions and art of the Caddo Indians and the storytelling of the cowboys.

    Every other Thursday, join fellow trivia lovers for a friendly game show contest to see who really knows it all in a variety of topics, from world history to pop culture. Ages 16 and up.

  1. Diabetes Prevention Class

    Designed for those diagnosed prediabetic, this class educates attendees on how to prevent the disease. Open to adults 18 and older.
