  1. Junior Robotics

    March 13, 2018, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ South Irving Library Program Room

    Children in grades 1-5 can start on a path of engineering and programming through advanced STEM exploration and robotic projects. This class uses LEGO education kits and LEGO WeDo 2.0, a classroom-based science and coding curriculum, to teach programming in an intuitive way. Kits are provided during the program.

    Attendance is limited, and tickets are required to attend. Tickets will be available at the children's information desk beginning 30 minutes before the program. Two sessions are offered: 2-3 p.m. and 4-5 p.m.

  2. Rochelle Rabouin’s Sunshine Butterfly and Moonlyte Moth

    March 13, 2018, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Valley Ranch Library Meeting Room

    Grades K-5. Baby butterfly and his cousin, baby moth, play together for too long and forget which time of the day to fly. Rochelle Rabouin’s gift for storytelling shines in this program that promotes science, reading, music and the arts. Space is limited. Pick up an event ticket at the Information Desk prior to the event.
