  1. The Edible Landscape

    Using areas of the landscape to grow edibles is a way to add food on the table and reduce the grocery bill. This program teaches students how to incorporate edible plants into the home garden and landscape. Learn how herbs, fruits and vegetables can add to the colors and textures of a permanent landscape, combining both aesthetics and functionality.
