About Towne is a biweekly half-hour arts series that highlights Irving’s excellent local artists and craftsmen, entertainment venues and arts organizations. It also serves the viewing audience by publicizing upcoming concerts, performances, festivals and events.

We have highlights from the Fourth of July Parade and fireworks. We check out City Men Cook. And we attend the Irving Kids Charity Classic Kick-Off Party. Plus, we get the details on early registration for this year’s Ms. Mature Irving Pageant.

We’ll have a preview of MainStage Irving/Las Colinas’ “My Sister Eileen.” We’ll celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Ms. Mature Irving Pageant, and we’ll check out Irving Chautauqua: “Birds of the World.” Plus we’ll meet Ms. Mature 2017 Marilyn Wolford, and we’ll get the details on Clear the Shelters 2017 with Corey Price.
