FAC Services

The services of the center are free to Irving residents. Because every situation is unique, the Irving FAC offers a variety of support including:
  1. Crime Victim Services

    Provides crisis counseling, information, referrals, safety planning and legal and personal advocacy to victims of violent crime.

  2. Counseling Services

    The Counseling Services team provides psychological assessment; individual, family, couple and group psychotherapy; and educational classes for adults, teens and children on topics that include anger management, family relationships and domestic violence.

  3. Child Abuse Investigations

    The Child Abuse Unit is responsible for investigating all criminal allegations of abuse of a child that are committed within the family.

  4. Youth Service Investigations

    Youth Services officers are responsible for runaway and missing person’s investigations. They also run several family groups for juvenile first offenders.
